⚙️ 2. Create a developer admin account

Steps:

  1. Log in to your WordPress Dashboard.

  2. Go to Users → Add New.

  3. Fill in:

    • Username: something like developer_name

    • Email: their professional email

    • Role: choose Administrator (only if truly necessary for development)

  4. Click Add New User.
    → They’ll get an email to set their password.

🟡 Tip: If the developer only needs limited access (e.g., editing theme files or plugins), you can use a role manager plugin (below) to give them “Administrator-like” access without full power.
